The price includes:
- Staff: 2 housekeepers/chefs, 3 gardeners, 1 night security (+1 extra night security) and 1 villa manager. When renting guesthouse 1 extra staff member!
- Use of gas, water and electricity (in average use).
- Use of bed linen, towels and beach towels.
- Use of shower gel, shampoo and toiletpaper.
- Free WiFi.
- Government tax (10%) included.
- Free small meal on the evening of arrival and breakfast on the first morning of arrival with a minimum rental of 7 days.
- A safe in which you can store your valuable items (passport / money / jewellery).
Extra's:
- There is a driver on call who can show you the most beautiful places on the island for a small fee. He can also be hired to do fantastic hikes.
- By appointment, you can invite our house-masseuse(s) in the villa.
- There is also a Yoga teacher available on call.
- For a very reasonable fee we offer you a laundry service. Costs are 75,000 Rp (about € 4.50) per washing machine.
After booking, a payment of 30% of the rent will be paid within 1 week. After this payment, your booking is final. The balance of the rent plus a deposit of €300,-- is due 6 weeks before arrival. The deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of your departure. Any damage or repairs will be deducted from the deposit. Also excessive use of electricity (such as leaving the air conditioning during the day) will allow the deposit to be settled. Further conditions are listed in the booking agreement you receive after placing a reservation. For cancellation- and travel insurance you must take care of yourself.
